My name is Ryan Shires. I'm an engineer by trade, a golfer by passion, and a tinkerer by nature.

I've been playing golf for 20 years. I'm currently an 11 handicap — not a pro, not a scratch golfer, just a real guy who loves the game and refuses to stop getting better at it. Golf has humbled me more times than I can count, and I've loved every frustrating, rewarding minute of it.

Like a lot of golfers, I spent years watching YouTube videos, reading tips, and buying training aids that promised to fix my swing but never quite delivered.
